Focus Group Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in a Focus Group to help our diocesan staff to explore the connections between spiritual practices, discipleship, and congregational health.

For each group, we're seeking 6-8 participants. The staff members leading the focus groups will reach out to you to let you know if you will be one of those participants for a group.

All focus groups will take place on Zoom.

Your responses will be anonymous. Each session will be recorded and transcribed for our internal analysis. Once the transcript is finalized, the recording will be deleted, and your name will not be attached to anything you say in our reporting.

There's no preparation required for focus group participation. We'll share the questions ahead of time in case you'd like to reflect, but we won't expect prepared answers.
