Diocese of the Great Lakes Reduction of Carbon Emissions Survey 2026

This survey, provided by the Creation Care Commission of the Episcopal Diocese of the Great Lakes, was adapted from the HopeforCreation.net Climate Action Plan and inspired by Adamah. The goal of this survey is that, through answering a few straightforward questions and receiving a copy of your submission, you and your parish will be better able to answer Question 13 of the Parochial Report. Your responses will also help the Creation Care Commission to develop a picture of creation care efforts across the diocese.
Your responses to the survey questions will be to be automatically sent to you and the Creation Care Commission.
